I value punctuality and reliability. When you respect my time you will get my full attention and care during our session. When we confirm a session, I set aside dedicated time just for you. You missing your appointment disrupts my carefully planned schedule.

While I expect you to respect the time we have agreed upon, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise. If you can’t make it to our booked session, contact me as soon as possible. Prompt communication is the best way to avoid being permanently barred from future bookings.

Cancellation terms:

• Travel, accommodation or similar costs included in the deposit are non-refundable. “Deposit” below refers solely to the session fee portion.

• More than 7 days’ notice
Your deposit may be used towards a new session within 30 days of the original date. If a session cannot be arranged within that timeframe, the deposit is forfeited.

• 4-7 days’ notice
A new deposit will be required to book another session.

• 1-3 days’ notice
I expect 50% of the session fee to be paid. Failure to settle this will result in being permanently barred from future bookings.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice
I require full payment for the session.

• Late arrival
I always recommend arriving with time to spare so you can relax beforehand. A late arrival may affect the duration of your session.

• Stockholm
The deposit is non-refundable.

From my side, I make every effort to be punctual and to avoid rescheduling. I take my work seriously and respect your time as much as I expect mine to be respected.

Any changes initiated by me are made only when absolutely unavoidable. In that event, I will do everything possible to reschedule our session under more flexible terms than those outlined above.
